This year is the 16th annual Tom Howard/John H. Reid Short Story Contest.
Short stories or prose up to 5,000 words may be entered into this contest with an entrance fee of $12 per submission.
Deadline for Submissions: March 31, 2008
Winners will be announced on July 15, 2008.
